How to get to Atlantis

The Atlantis waterpark is located on the outer ring of the Palm. It is the largest waterpark in the Middle East and Europe.

You must use public transport and Palm Monorail to reach Atlantis Aquventure waterpark. 

You can also drive or take a taxi to the waterpark. Just take into account the limited parking options near Atlantis Park. 

Getting to Atlantis, Dubai by Bus

You can take any bus going toward Dubai International Metro Bus Stop Seaside. 

F12, 8, 83, F55A, and X28 travel toward the Dubai International Metro Bus Stop Seaside. 

The closest bus stops are:

  • Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station,11 min walk
  • Knowledge Village, 10 min walk
  • Royal Mirage Hotel 1-2, 12 min walk
  • Villas Complex, Tecom, 10 min walk

It is best to get off at the Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station and continue the rest of the journey by the Monorail!

The travel time via bus and monorail is 1 hour and 17 minutes. 

Getting to Atlantis, Dubai by Metro and Tram

You can take the Red Line going toward the Dubai Marina stop. 

The closest metro stations are:

  • Sobha Realty Metro Station, 16 mins
  • DMCC Metro Station 2, 17 mins away

You can change over to the Dubai Tram service from either of the above metro stations. 

Deboard the tram at stop no. 9 or the Palm Jumeirah station. From here, you can catch the monorail and head to Palm Island.

This adventure should take you 50 mins approximately. 

Getting to Atlantis, Dubai by Monorail 

The Palm Jumeirah monorail is a transport system with four stops on the artificial island. 

From the Palm Jumeriah tram station, change over to the Palm Monorail. You can simply follow the signs to the ticket booths for the same. 

Once you board the monorail, get off at the Atlantis stop, the last stop on the route. From there, it’s a quick walk to the waterpark.

A one-way trip costs AED 5, and a round-trip ticket costs 10 AED. It takes 15 mins to travel the whole distance. 

Trains are scheduled every 5 minutes.

Getting to Atlantis, Dubai by Car

The Atlantis Waterpark is conveniently situated for Dubai’s residents. 

Head south on Sheikh Zayed Road toward Jebel Ali to reach Atlantis by car. 

When you reach Interchange 4, across from the Mall of the Emirates, turn right towards Souk Madinat Jumeirah. 

Once you are at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, make a left onto Al Sufouh Road and continue straight for four kilometers until you reach the exit for The Palm on your right.

By taxi

You can also take a taxi to Atlantis Waterpark. All taxi drivers know exactly where to go! 

You can hire a taxi or ride-hailing apps like Uber or Careem to book a car. 

It will take you about 15 to 20 minutes to get there.

You are in luck if you plan to drive to Aquaventure or Lost Chambers Aquarium.

There is a parking facility available at the Atlantis waterpark. 

Directions: After entering the Avenues at Atlantis Dubai, you must turn right at the first roundabout after exiting the tunnel leading to Atlantis, The Palm.

The parking facility is free of charge for those staying at the Atlantis Hotel. If not, there is a fee per car. 

Parking charges are AED 25 ($7) per car. This might vary depending on the type of vehicle you have!

If you find this parking lot full, you can try the one at the entrance of Nasimi Beach. This is a huge parking lot, and you will find a spot for your car instantly. 

The best part is that the parking at Nasimi Beach is free of cost.
